CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CREDIT POLICY:

Attendees are asked to self-report the program for credit. Forms will be available at the registration desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute delegate (who meets the qualifying criteria) at no extra cost. Should you completely cancel, we must receive your cancellation in writing by March 28, 2015. Cancellations received by March 28, 2015 are subject to a $50 administrative fee. No cancellation refunds/requests will be accepted after March 28, 2015.
